I contacted the dealership after being referred to them by a friend who had just talked to them the day before (she's purchasing a new Outback from them). Tracy said "Carol I know you're looking at Outbacks too, call Bill Bryan, they're very accommodating, no pressure and they have a really nice staff that actually do what they say they're gonna do!" She was correct on all points - This dealership actually made me change how I feel about buying a car. I've bought many cars prior and I was dreading going to a dealership, as I'm sure most people can relate. You know it's gonna be a lengthy, painful process, listening to a "salesman" give you a pitch! Not here... From the moment I walked into their showroom, there was no pressure, no pitch, just straight up knowledge of their product. I feel I got a nice deal on an awesome vehicle, and when it's time to buy a new one, I'll be going back to Bill Bryan Subaru! More

He was very personable and had great understanding and knowledge of the vehicle. He worked with me to help get the deal I was looking for and was very attentive and accommodating to me during my visit. During my visit I also spoke with the service manager Russell and we discussed my vehicle maintenance and overall reliability. He was also very nice and great to speak with and very knowledgeable. Patient and Understanding I personally have bad credit and I know it is very difficult for me to qualify for a very good car. I have owned this car for a year now and am just getting to write a review because I wanted to give an honest opinion of the car, service, and dealership. The Subaru Legacy is the finest car I have ever owned. It is a top notch luxury sedan with all the bells and whistles I need to feel like a million bucks every time I sit behind the wheel. On top of that I feel safe and secure behind the wheel. The safety features, especially the "blindspot feature" assist me while driving with visibility of other cars while on the road. I have glaucoma. Before purchasing this car I was more nervous driving in heavy traffic, but now am more confident knowing I can visualize the road and cars around me and drive safely. In addition to my satisfaction with my purchase of the Legacy, I am very satisfied with the honesty and integrity of the employees who assisted me in the purchase of my new car. I recommend you ask for and see Joseph "JoeMac" McCracken at Bill Bryan Subaru. He is a no pressure salesman. He showed me a car that met my needs at a price that met my budget. I will go back and buy from Joe again. I trust him as a person. More
