We came in with high hopes and a tight budget to Joe McCraken and were not disappoint We recently leased a Subaru Forester 2017 from this dealership. We came in with high hopes and a tight budget to Joe McCraken and were not disappointed. Joe worked with us on two occasions and the managers at the dealership showing us a multitude of options leasing vs buying. They never lost patience and took their time and understood our situation. They encouraged us to test drive more than one car and also gave us time and space to talk as a family when making the decision. When we came back Joe was going home and went the extra mile to stay and we were able to drive the car home that night thanks to Joe's diliigent efforts and the manager working with us. Typical Dealership Mentality - Dishonest and Shiesty I apologize in advance, as this review goes against all the (likely) paid reviews you're going to read. I found a very nice car listed for a decen I apologize in advance, as this review goes against all the (likely) paid reviews you're going to read. I found a very nice car listed for a decent price, reached out, and worked with the dealership to arrange a deal with trade. I'm already financed, so it should have been a pretty painless process. Which I will admit, it was going very smoothly until I received an email from the dealership stating "Good news! We just lowered the price!". When I replied to the email asking the price, I was told it was an error and don't worry about it. When I check the website, the vehicle is listed for $100 lower than the NEGOTIATED price. They made weak attempts to convince me that my price was the best deal they could do, they're giving it away, blah blah blah. I understand their intent is to take as much money from me as possible, but to blatantly think I'm an idiot, and to tell me how great of a deal I'm getting is just disrespectful. Buyer beware. When buying a car from them, wait a week or two and see if they magically lower the price on their website. This is the most difficult experience I've had trying to purchase a vehicle -- and I'm already financed! Check in hand.
