He took the time to really listen to me about what I wanted in a car and heard all of my concerns about my finances. He clearly explained to me the differences between buying and leasing, and after a couple of test drives, he ended up helping me get a great deal on my new CrossTrek. As soon as the "bell rang" and my paperwork began, the Detail Manager (Drew Humphrey) brought the car back to detail himself to make sure that it was in pristine condition. Everyone treated me so well, I felt like a VIP. I already recommended Bill Bryan to my parents (who ended up buying a used car!), and I will continue to recommend "Joe Mack" to those looking for a car. Outstanding Experience Having bought several different brands of cars at numerous dealers over the past multiple years I decided to buy a Subaru Forester at Bill Bryant Suba Having bought several different brands of cars at numerous dealers over the past multiple years I decided to buy a Subaru Forester at Bill Bryant Subaru of Leesburg. This decision came after many nights of after dealership business hour shopping, researching and reading expert and customer reviews of various automobile manufactures. Terry Brownrigg is the sales rep who sold me the car and what a great guy to have guiding me through the process. Terry knows the Subaru automobile completely and was so patient explaining it to me and answering all of my questions along with Joe McCraken. Terry spent most of the day with me during the buying process and showing me the vehicle operations process. His total attention was focused on my needs and not one time did he become impatient with my many, many questions. Terry and Joe along with Bill Bryan Subaru come highly recommended if you are interested in a Subaru.
