This was evident when we went out for a test drive with the Forester I was considering. Terry not only took the time to explain the safety features, but demonstrated how they all operated. In the past, I had purchased a lot of vehicles from various auto makers and I have to state that working with Bill Bryan staff (especially Terry) was by far, a positive experience. In fact, I was so impressed with the experience that I brought my sister and her husband to Bill Bryan to work with Terry in purchasing a new Subaru Forester, which they did. If I didn't fully trust this dealership, I would not even have considered bringing my sister there and take a chance of starting a family feud!!! Terry Brownrigg was my salesman and he was outstanding - helpful, informative and not in the least pushy. The same was true of sales manager Ronnie. Can't leave out Randy Bowser who not only is great finance specialist but be sure to pick his brain on aviation - I think if it had wings he has flown it and has the stories to go with the experience. Also Mark in Service was terrific. In sum, I got the exact model and options I wanted without ones I didn't. I paid a very reasonable price. Over the years some car purchases have been about as enjoyable as a root canal. Thankfully this was painless and if I live long enough, like MacArthur "Ï will Return". More
