They are pleasant, but they do not seem knowledgeable and they focus on the diagnostic fee for everything. That fee is above and beyond - if you have the service they don’t credit that back. My son went to this dealership to buy one car, but he found a better car for cheaper payments. The dealership worked very hard for him to get him the best rates possible.
