Very helpful! I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience bringing my car to a dealership for service. My service advisor, Crockett, was extremely helpful I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience bringing my car to a dealership for service. My service advisor, Crockett, was extremely helpful when I asked for assistance picking out the best tires to put on my car, and thoroughly explained what was causing a different issue I was having. Overall, he was very pleasant to work with! Ask for Crockett when you need to bring your car in! More

Excellent Experience! I cannot say enough about Village VW of Chattanooga. Not only is the service and car buying experience great, but everything is tailored to the indiv I cannot say enough about Village VW of Chattanooga. Not only is the service and car buying experience great, but everything is tailored to the individual customer. These folks go out of their way to treat your like family. We love visiting the dealership and are always immediately greeted upon arrival. You can bet that we will continue to have our two VW vehicles serviced at Village VW and we will continue to purchase new vehicles there as well. We very much value our relationship with Chad our salesman and Jacob our service representative. These guys are amazing and we appreciate them so much!
