Service so fast I didn't even have time for my coffee! I had a headlight out and when I called, the service desk said to come in when I had a chance and they would take care of it. When I arrived this morning, I gave them my keys, sat down, and before I had a chance to get a cup of coffee, Jacob walked up, handed me my keys, and said I was all set to go! If only everything else in life went this smoothly!! Thanks Village VW - you rock! More

Horrible service and no help from management. In February of this year I purchased a brand new 2017 Sportwagen 4motion DSG car from my local dealer, Village VW. Right off the bat I noticed the car In February of this year I purchased a brand new 2017 Sportwagen 4motion DSG car from my local dealer, Village VW. Right off the bat I noticed the car didn’t get nearly the gas mileage it was advertised to get which I could deal with seeing as there’s always a break in period in new cars. What I’m not ok with is that in September, it showed a transmission error, straight to shop where it was kept for 2 days and “fixed.” October same issue, car kept for 2 weeks and it was “fixed” again. November not even a week after pick up from October incident it showed again. Car was kept for a week and in this time I was told no one knew what was wrong with my car because it was too new......horrible answer from a service department. After a week and a half I was told to come get my car buy the same service advisor told me they didnt do anything to the car because they couldn’t find any issue. This past Saturday the same issue occurred. At this point a sensor and a clock spring have been replaced and not fixed it. I tried to work with VGOA but nothing was solved. The car was supposed to back to service for a 4th time today but I was told by this same service advisor that they won’t do anything unless the car breaks down now. Now I’m stuck paying for a car where my 7 month son and wife old son are in danger of having transmission issues when driving the vehicle. Thanks for the lemon Village VW. Editing because yet again I have yet to receive any help from the dealership or its management team. My car has since been back for service and this time while it was in their possession there was damage to my vehicle that had to be fixed by a body shop, yet here i am still stuck with a lemon that still shows a transmission error. I would advise anyone who sees this to stay far far away from this dealership if you expect any sort of courtesy. More

I had no appointment because the light had come on when I was on the way to work. I was at the service dept for approximately 20 minutes. During that time, my tires were inspected, filled to the proper air pressure, the light was reset and my car was washed. I wasn't charged a penny. I would recommend Village VW to anyone without hesitation. I've driven Volkswagens for 7 years and the service that Village has always given has been perfect. I wouldn't drive anything but a VW and the dealership is a definite factor in my decision. More
Another VW rip off! My 2 recent experiences with Volkswagen dealerships have been less than desirable. Today I paid $130. to the Chattanooga dealer I purchased from My 2 recent experiences with Volkswagen dealerships have been less than desirable. Today I paid $130. to the Chattanooga dealer I purchased from to tell me two window regulators are going bad and need to be replaced for $1400. plus. defective part if both go bad right.... Last month I paid the Miami Dealership $2500. because a defective oil gasket leaked oil onto the water pump gasket causing it to leak. Both dealerships knew this as a common problem. I'm sure the issue is a Volkswagen Company problem. Profits over Quality. DON'T buy a Volkswagen unless you just want to support the local dealership. Staff was professional and polite while Volkswagen sticks it to you.... PS. I bought the window parts on-line for $350. and found a local certified shop to install for $265. More

Long Over Due Charolene, Thank you for being there for my service needs when I had the 2014 VW Jetta. You always made things simple and less overwhelming when I ha Charolene, Thank you for being there for my service needs when I had the 2014 VW Jetta. You always made things simple and less overwhelming when I had to bring the vehicle in- 5 stars!!!! Most people don't like to spend money even when they have to. Actually, I would have to give the "price" a 5 star rating too, because Volkswagen of America has consistently maintained the quality of their vehicles, but more important is maintaining the safety updates and recalls to the vehicles at no cost to the customers other than just coming in to the dealership to be serviced. That's when I enjoy the pop corn. But guess what ??????????? You won't see me as much because I am proud to say officially, I am in a 2019 VW Jetta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I searched and realized Village VW of Chattanooga was only 15 minutes away, so I drove to the dealer. I spoke with Charolene Smith and explained my situation (traveling, away from home). She spoke with the Service Manager/Jason who kindly went ahead and took my car into the shop to see what was the issue. He diagnosed the problem and said they could fix it for me or I could continue my trip and have the car fixed when I got home. Since I have had to have a lot of repairs to my vehicle, I chose to wait and have the car fixed at my home dealership where they are familiar with my car. I am very grateful to Charolene for being so kind and understanding and explaining my situation to Jason. I am also very grateful to Jason for understanding my situation and acting so quickly. I was at the dealer for about an hour and then went on the rest of my trip with peace of mind. Thank you so much! More
