Had went to previous dealerships closer to Nashville, however didn't have near the concern and care and quickness then we did at Village VW. Larry Keown was not the pushy salesman that I usually try to avoid. He was happy to show us both the CPO vehicle that we purchased as well as the brand new model of the car. He asked the right questions about what we were looking for and made me feel like a truly, valued customer. I had my doubts when we went into the office to look at numbers but Larry really knows his stuff. He and the finance manager got me in a car that I will love for years to come. I would recommend the dealership to anyone and make sure they ask for Larry! If his knowledge and customer service weren't great enough, he also didn't rush us, despite our arrival an hour before closing. They told me they could not find the car (parking spot was 20feet) away from the service counter (very vidible from the service desk) No call to ensure its there no nothing. Car was in garage by 3.30pm ! I waited 1 hr 30 min ! Got it by 5.30. As i asked why nobody called they thought it was was a no show up... Ok how about calling ???? Severel times inspected all our VW there. Very disapoiiting ! No sorry no nothing.... More
