What a turn around ! I recently posted a review about my 20,000 mile service. He listened to me about my experience ,apologized for the staff and had me talk with Charolene to make things right. Let me just say this woman is Amazing and may be the very best asset Village Volkswagen has ! She arranged for my car to be picked up at my job,brought me a loaner, fixed all recalls , and had it detailed. She also stayed in communication with me about everything they was doing to my car.After everything was finished my car was delivered with a full tank of gas.These staff members were Amazing and treated me with nothing but respect as if I had made a $40,000 purchase from their company and they appreciated me ! Old Cars Get Love Too I took my old dirty '07 Jetta in because it's ignition went rogue. They were friendly and as quick as possible and I even got an oil change in while i I took my old dirty '07 Jetta in because it's ignition went rogue.
