Smitty listened to my every need and went beyond for me and my family with our purchase of our new Atlas. He made is comfortable both on a sales level and personal level. Providing me answers for all and any questions I had, water even got to know me. At no time did I feel like a burden to him nor did I feel any pressure in my purchase as many times car buying can make you feel. What mattered the most to me was that I mattered, my family mattered to him and Village. He let it known many times he will continue to be there for us not just in handing the keys over and done. I brushed it off knowing myself and my husband don’t require much nor ask for much from others but when he found the BFF necklace my daughter had given me in my trade and mailed it to me I was in awe of his commitment and his passion for his job and those he serves.
