My son purchased a vehicle from a friend, which set about a cascade of issues. I didn't feel the very high mileage car was safe, and wanted a competent review to confirm my suspicions. I had my son bring the car to VW of Chattanooga, and they accurately confirmed my assessment of the car. They didn't even charge me for the safety review and provided direct evidence the vehicle could not be effectively repaired. Within an hour, our issues were solved. We had a zero pressure experience reviewing multiple vehicles. Our salesperson was outstanding and extremely empathetic to our situation. We found a 2014 CC in excellent condition. VW of Chattanooga provides every piece of information a buyer needs, from the vehicle's history to their own service records. After test driving a few vehicles and taking a great deal of the salesperson's time, we chose the CC and began the paperwork process. We were funded in minutes and the finance process was remarkably pleasant. I had just purchased a vehicle for myself a week prior in Atlanta, and the process at VW of Chattanooga was far more enjoyable. Bottom Line? Ten stars out of five. They even took the junk car on trade, helping my son recoup some of his ill-conceived investment. They most certainly did not have to do that.
