2012 VW GTI SERVICE On 06/22/2020 I was unable to drive my 2012 VW GTI due to check engine light/EPC. My vehicle was towed to the dealership and the service tech at Vill On 06/22/2020 I was unable to drive my 2012 VW GTI due to check engine light/EPC. My vehicle was towed to the dealership and the service tech at Village VW got to work right away to determine the issue. My service advisor Ryan Parker informed me that I had foul spark plugs even though the plugs were replaced about 14 months ago during the 75,000 miles service. A few hours later Ryan called me back informing me that the service was complete and test drive went well. I would like the thank the crew at Village VW for their outstanding customer service.
