The SRS light came on in our 2005 Sienna, so we took the SUV in for analysis. Very bad news: the A/C Amplifier is bad. Moreover the part is on back order and may not even be in production any more, but even if it were the cost would be $3,500 OEM. Louis Delmar, our service rep, did a great job of dealing with us on this and that was not easy! We spent some time with sales rep Josh Nogueira and he helped a great deal with our thinking about buying a replacement vehicle. Over all, the dealership personnel made this very hard news easier to take in and think about. More
