Efficient, above and beyond service. Was met by Cheyenne Phelps for check-in, fast and efficient. After the car was done I was met by Louis Delmar who came outside and got that feature setup in my Rav4 in short order. Both parties friendly, patient and efficient. PS-Have a friend that needed similar assistance with his Honda, Honda advised him that there were privacy concerns so they couldn't help him! More

Service Manager took great care of my problem, and from that moment on he has been the "poster-child" for quality of service. I've been back twice since for regularly scheduled service, and the experience(s) have been spotlessly perfect. As one of the leads of service department "intake" process, he's consistently punctual, as he has been proactive and insightful with suggestions for care and maintenance of my vehicle. When I leave the service department, I not only do so with a great sense of satisfaction, I also leave with some valuable tips on the local fishing spots and strategies. What more could a customer ask! More
