Even Sharrieff McIntosh, the finance manger was very nice to work wiith and made the process straight forward and pleasant. Sharrieff tried to get me to purchase extra non-warranty protection and was very convincing, But I told Sharrieff that is my third Toyota and was confident in Toyota's reliability and their reputation.
