I was very happy with the new car and how everything worked.out. Jim even gave me a better deal after they did the paper work. I asked Jim to through in the emergency kit with the new Camry and he was very amenable.. Even Sharrieff McIntosh, the finance manger was very nice to work wiith and made the process straight forward and pleasant. Sharrieff tried to get me to purchase extra non-warranty protection and was very convincing, But I told Sharrieff that is my third Toyota and was confident in Toyota's reliability and their reputation. "Accidental" Purchase I first met Rusty Russell in August of 2016 when I purchased a new 2016 Toyota RAV4. Rusty was courteous, friendly, personable and knowledgeable abou I first met Rusty Russell in August of 2016 when I purchased a new 2016 Toyota RAV4. Rusty was courteous, friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles we discussed. But that is not why I am writing this review. I was involved in an accident in late March of this year (2018). The car was totaled and I suffered several broken bones. Rusty sent the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen expressing his concern and wishes for my recovery. After I recovered from my injuries, it was time to pay Rusty a visit. I again thanked him for the flowers and he says he likes to treat his customers on a personal basis. I found a certified 2015 Toyota RAV4. I liked how Rusty was able to help me when I looked for a new car and for when I looked for a used car. I was still able to deal with someone that I knew and trusted. The car is in mint condition and clean as can be. There was no hassle in the purchase. Rusty gave me a good deal. Then I met with Jordan Bleibaum in the Finance Department. He made everything as swift and painless as possible with no pressure to purchase any extras I didn't want.
