My husband and I both agreed that it was, by far, the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. This is the 3rd Sienna that we've owned, so we're sold on Toyota vans, but had been putting off a trip to the dealership because we weren't looking forward to the car buying experience. Chris listened to what I was saying, found us a van that met my most important requirements, and then worked out the numbers with us. He has since called to follow up to see if we had any questions about the operation of the new vehicle, and I am confident that he will continue to be available to us if we have questions in the future. Jordan Bleibaum also did a great job of walking us through the financing and service coverage options. She was very professional, answered all my question, did what I asked here to do (check some things), made the appointment and confirmed that I can see the car first hour in the morning the next day. Then I left Minneapolis, and next day at 9:00 AM I was there. The car was as described (that is very important). The sale was smooth. Great job, Sicilia.
