We also had the chance to talk with Donald Blazek, a service advisor, who assured us that the ongoing maintenance of our car could be handled with a simple phone call to schedule. Larry Thomas was very thorough in talking us through our finance options. There were no surprises and no pressure to purchase the extras although he explained them in detail.
