Great experience I had a great experience buying my new car at Village Pointe. It started with Don Blazek referring me to Steve Tyler. Steve got a selection of vehicle I had a great experience buying my new car at Village Pointe. It started with Don Blazek referring me to Steve Tyler. Steve got a selection of vehicles together in a short period of time and I was able to get the exact car I wanted. I was so impressed, that I have already referred people to him. Sharrieff McIntosh was great in the financial office and provided me with options that meet my needs. I look forward to setting up my first oil change with Don. He always takes care of me. More

Service manager and GM need lessons in customer service. I had a recall on my Toyota Rav4, called Brandon in service and he stated it would take about 3 hours. I asked if there was a vehicle to run a few er I had a recall on my Toyota Rav4, called Brandon in service and he stated it would take about 3 hours. I asked if there was a vehicle to run a few errands, he suggested rudely that I could rent a vehicle. A moment later as I was waiting for a response to my question, he hung up the phone. I called back to speak with the GM, Kyle, who sounded like he had already been briefed that I was looking to speak to him. He sounded very irritated and suggested that I rent a vehicle or go somewhere else. I have purchased a couple cars from here in the past and the sales team was great. The two I mentioned today, Brandon Horton and Kyle apparently need 101 lessons in customer service, or back further up and take lessons on how not to be an xxx on the phone. More
