Brooklyn is an absolute delight! She was easy to work with while buying my new car and is there for me afterwards as well. I highly recommend working with her for your car needs. Our salesman Carlos was very helpful, kept things easy, low stress, good follow through. Pulled up the car I wanted and took it for a test drive within minutes of my arrival. low stress, good follow through. Pulled up the car I wanted and took it for a test drive within minutes of my arrival. More
We worked with Carlos Diego and he was excellent. He wasn’t pushy and understood our needs. He and everyone there worked with us to get a great deal to fit our budget. They made us feel valued. Alex Engelman worked hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. He was very personable while being very professional. He took all the time I needed to explain the features on the vehicle, but there are I wanted. He was very personable while being very professional. He took all the time I needed to explain the features on the vehicle, but there are so many I will definitely go back for tutorials. I worked with Brian Sharp for the financing. (Wish he had explained cost of some of the extras more but probably my fault for not asking more questions.). I would have bought them anyway so will have him explain them to me again. Will definitely recommend Village Point Toyota, Omaha E. More

Crooks! I recently purchased a new car here and am very disappointed with my experience. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and was very excited I recently purchased a new car here and am very disappointed with my experience. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and was very excited to do so. I worked extremely hard to save up a sizeable down payment to make it happen. My initial sale person Yann was amazing. somewhere along the way things went terrible. I paid for add ons that I knew nothing about. One is "Club Plus" I still don't know what that is. The other is a "Vehicle Service Agreement" not exactly sure what that is either. I believe that it's an extended warranty of some kind which was not discussed. I said no to all add ons except a paint sealer. The Sales Manager said he'd throw window tints in for free. These add ons that I unknowingly agreed to pay for that on are on my Purchase Agreement cost me almost $4,000. I found this out the day after I picked my car up and got a notification from the company that gave me the loan through dealership. I put $10,000 down on a Toyota Corolla that stickers for $28,364. The "Zaktek Ultimate Paint Sealer" cost $379. I was shocked when looking at my loan that I owed $23,139 towards the principal. I trusted these people and I shouldn't have. It was late and I had been there for hours. I verbally said no to all add ons except the paint sealer and window tint. I trusted that when the Finance Manger said all I have to do is sign a couple things and we'll be done here that I was signing what we had verbally agreed to. I purchased the car on a Thursday and did not pick it up until Saturday. On Thursday I did not receive any paperwork other than a receipt stating that had simply given them $10,000 in cash, and sheet with vehicle specific information to give to my insurance. As stated before this was my first time at a new car dealership so I did not think much of it. I pick my car up Saturday afternoon and I'm super excited to finally get my new car. One of sales people pull it up front and they hand me the keys and the owners manual with some paperwork inside. Wasn't asked to sign anything when I picked up the car or anything of the sort. I drive my car around on Saturday and am very happy. Sunday morning I get that notification that I owe way more than expected on the principal of my loan. I grab the paperwork that is in my car and go over it and discover these things that got added on without my knowledge. I talk to some family members and friends about what's going on and they all think that my entire experience is weird. I never received any more paperwork other than the Purchase Agreement, Agreement to Insure the Vehicle, something that goes through the rights of every state, and what I received Thursday. I have nothing showing that I signed up for "Club Plus" or a "Vehicle Service Contract" I was told that all services on the vehicle would be free for the first 36 months or 36,000 miles. Never did they say anything about a contract that I would have to pay for. I will be going to the Dealer to discuss my concerns and hopefully come to a resolution. I fear that this will not work out in my favor as they seem to be predatory, greedy people that just want as much money as possible and do not care about the needs of their customers. Hopefully i get my down payment back and out of this contract as the trust has already been lost and I no longer wish to do any business with these people. I will update this review after speaking with the General Manager. Hopefully they make things right and decide not to basically steal $4,000 from me. More
