service department was not very good with communication on what was done need done and other options I took car in for transmission issue they automatically said needs new cause they don't like to repair t on what was done need done and other options I took car in for transmission issue they automatically said needs new cause they don't like to repair transmissions and when I asked about repair the quote was not written and was verbal only and I also questioned what test was done and how did they perform test to verify that work was done but they stated more diagnostic would be required to pin point issue this was when I already was here to pick up car not in the 3 time I spoke on phone More
