Both men listened to my requests and concerns and met my requirements making sure I was well informed on my decision. Free Car wash and finance I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Mike and the rest of the staff here. They are very friendly and will do everything they can to get you wh I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Mike and the rest of the staff here. They are very friendly and will do everything they can to get you what you need. After my purchase, Mike offered to get me free car washes whenever I was in the area and he has been true to his word! This is my first Toyota and I am loving it so far. I highly recommend Mike Hansen and Village Pointe Toyota! Also, I usually dread dealing with the finance guy but my meeting with Sharrieff was the best experience I've had with a dealership finance person. More

Easy to work with. Justin presented options for buying a new vehicle, leasing a new vehicle or buying my currently leased vehicle. I appreciated the extra patience he to Justin presented options for buying a new vehicle, leasing a new vehicle or buying my currently leased vehicle. I appreciated the extra patience he took to work with me. After a full day of work, I didn't have to wait long to complete buying my currently leased vehicle. I was grateful for the preparation that Justin did before I arrived. Sharrieff was enjoyable to work with as well and he explained the many options for extended warranties. Thank you both! More

Justin D'Angelo has worked with me for 2 of the 3 leases. Justin knows what I need and want and is able to put together a package that fits my budget. He went above and beyond this past weekend. He even took the time to text me after hours to let me know he had what I was looking for. I would recommend him if you are going to visit this dealership. Low pressure, transparent, got a good vehicle for the money I went with a friend who bought a car from Justin several months ago.
