Justin and Village Pointe are AWESOME!! My family was recently in the market for a new/used Toyota 4Runner. The only problem was, I currently owned a 2019 diesel Chevy LTZ package. My family was very proud of our vehicle, but every Toyota dealership we talked to treated it like a turd, that was until we called Village Pointe! Justin and Adam were awesome to work with, they gave me straight “no bull” answers to my questions and with two phone calls totaling maybe 15 minutes the deal was done!! Justin was extremely courteous and offered us food and drink as soon as we got there! He made sure my son that came along with us was valued in the decision making process, and best of all he was FUN! We have all worked with that sales guy who just goes through the motions and can’t wait for us to leave so he can go back to drinking coffee or smoking a cigarette, this was not Justin.
