Walked the extra mile I am a very calculated consumer. I do thorough research before I make my purchasing decision. I was working with 3 dealerships to get the car I wanted I am a very calculated consumer. I do thorough research before I make my purchasing decision. I was working with 3 dealerships to get the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. I worked with Brent and Joel who were very patient with me throughout the process. It was certainly not an easy sell, as I had walked out of the showroom 2 times. Again, I kept changing my mind in between the process - started with a Camry XSE V6, down to a Camry SE, eventually landing on the Camry XSE (4 cyl). I got tired of myself juggling between these options, but Brent, Joel and Mike handled it very well. I am totally satisfied with the service I got here. If it was a Honda dealership, I would have been shown a door by now (I went to three Honda showrooms for Accord as well, didn't make it till 10 minutes in two of those - ODaniel and Superior Honda of Omaha). Once again, thank you for the whole team who was involved in my buying process (direct or indirect). I would not shy away from recommending Village Pointe Toyota to my friends and family. More

I told both that I was 4-6 months away from purchase, but just doing some research and window shopping. I had a particular Toyota in mind, and I asked to test drive one. They put me in a 2017 model with an "As is, no warranty" sticker. When I asked to drive a new model, I was told, "They all pretty much drive the same." No one was rude, but certainly weren't interested in me. More
