Came in to “look” at a Grand Highlander that had a sale pending on it. That sale fell through prior to me getting there and I was able to buy it! I especially appreciated working with Joel Thirunilathu, Justin Carter, and Denny Velez...this team was able to get me to a happy place in reference to my trade-in. As with any car purchase, there was some haggling going on, which is to be expected. Aside from that, everything else was good to go. My wife loves her new Buick which is the most important thing. Again, thanks for the legendary deal. Good people and good deals. More
Service center is awful. I was told I’d have my vehicle back in 2 hours; 4 hours later I called and a rude receptionist transferred me to a voicemail. I left one and called b I was told I’d have my vehicle back in 2 hours; 4 hours later I called and a rude receptionist transferred me to a voicemail. I left one and called back 30 minutes later - 5 hours after I dropped it off. Another message left. Finally my rep called and said it’d be another 3 hours. I specifically dropped it off first thing as I was told they’d get it done quicker. They are liars, not honest, receptionist is rude. It reminded me why I don’t take my vehicle there regularly, they always underestimate how long it will take. It was a warranty issue so I had no choice but to take my car there. More
We want to caution anyone considering a used vehicle from this dealership! We traveled from out of state to test drive a 2016 Toyota 4Runner Limited. We requested a copy of the inspection checklist which s this dealership! We traveled from out of state to test drive a 2016 Toyota 4Runner Limited. We requested a copy of the inspection checklist which showed all items (including the suspension) were in good condition. We purchased the 4Runner and took it to our local mechanic the next business day. The mechanic told us that the shocks were completely blown. We then took it to our local Toyota dealer who confirmed the diagnosis and provided an estimate of $6,300 to replace the XREAS system. Don't buy a used vehicle from this dealership unless your test drive includes a visit to a trusted local mechanic. More
