Oil change for my 2018 Toyota I purchased at Village Pointe. First one I had to purchase since my 2 year Toyota care was over. I had the vehicle in 3 weeks ago for an oil change and they told be the price was 79.95. I told them that I wasn't interested in a 80 oil change so I left without an oil change. I had the vehicle in 3 weeks ago for an oil change and they told me the price was 79.95. I told them that I wasn't interested in an 80 oil change so I left without an oil change. I called the Toyota dealership in Bellevue, NE, and they said the oil change was 69.95, so I called Village Pointe back to again ask what does an oil change cost for the RAV4. I was told 69.95. So I setup an appointment to get the oil changed. On Monday the 13th of July, I left a message for Cris Varela to all me so that I could AGAIN confirm the cost of the oil change. No call back. On Tuesday, the 14th of July, I received my courtesy call about my 10am oil change appt on the 15th. I told her that I had left a message for Cris, and had not heard back, as I again wanted to confirm the cost of an oil change. She got Cris on the line, and told me it was 69.95. I said see you tomorrow. My wife brought the car in, and Brandon was the service rep that called me. I AGAIN asked for the cost of the oil change, and he told me 69.95. I said we had a 10% off coupon, and Brandon said he would apply the discount to our oil change. Two hours later, they came out and told my wife the car was ready to go, she paid and left. She then sent me the copy of the invoice, with a cost of 69.95 plus 6.48 for shop supply costs. I then called Village Pointe to find out where my 10% off was addressed. Brandon told me that he gave me 10.00 off the oil change, yet the oil change was still 69.95. Brandon said no, the price is 79.95. I told him this same set of events above, and he said "sorry" but no change is being made. I will no longer bring in my RAV4 for service, in addition, I will no longer bring in my wife's RAV4 as soon as her 2 year Toyata care package is over. This is so frustrating, and I hate to feel like I got ripped off, especially when I went to extreme measures to confirm what the cost of a simple oil change is for a RAV4. While Rusty is a great individual sales person there, your service department stinks and if asked, I will let anyone know that is how I feel. Am sure if you had experienced this, you would feel the same. More

We have had a horrible experience with this dealership. We bought a certified pre-owned 2016 toyota highlander with 30,000 miles on it 1 year ago. Since then, the battery has been replaced by the dealershi We bought a certified pre-owned 2016 toyota highlander with 30,000 miles on it 1 year ago. Since then, the battery has been replaced by the dealership three times. It is driven on a daily basis, at least 10 miles a day, and it has been regularly not starting because the battery keeps dying. We brought it into the dealership multiple times, leaving it there for days at a time for them to find a cause for this, and each time they found nothing wrong with it. They proceeded to tell us that this is just a normal thing that will keep happening with our car because supposedly we are not driving it a far enough distance on a daily basis to give the battery enough time to charge. They said that the only resolution is for us to purchase a trickle charger for it and plug our vehicle in daily. THIS IS NOT A NORMAL THING THAT SHOULD BE HAPPENING. ESPECIALLY with a certified vehicle with such low miles and it being a newer vehicle that is driven on a daily basis! It is unfortunate because we love our highlander, but we need a vehicle that is reliable and that is definitely not what we have. We are beyond frustrated at this point and will never ever buy a vehicle from them again. Beware before trusting their “certified” vehicles. More

Peter was a great salesman I did have a few issues coming to this dealership, but they were all solved by the end of the purchase of my vehicle. At one point I did lose my cool I did have a few issues coming to this dealership, but they were all solved by the end of the purchase of my vehicle. At one point I did lose my cool with Peter, but he handled it very professionally, and I'm very glad he did because none of the problems I had were his doing.
