This is from an email I sent the manager of VillagePoint Toyota in response to his BSemail to me: I am sorry to say that after discovering that your dealership practices false advertising and deceptive pra Toyota in response to his BSemail to me: I am sorry to say that after discovering that your dealership practices false advertising and deceptive practices to lure customers, I don’t see how I can do business with you anymore. I was interested in a Tacoma you represent on your website with a price of $25,958 minus $500. with a “Village Point price” $25,458. When I called I was told (by a very nice lady) that the price was almost 10,000 more due to several upgrades. I explained my views to her at that time and of course she was only able to listen to me vent. Even well after this he website price remained unchanged. More

Wasn't sure which salesman I was working with and seemed to have lots of miscommunication. I was very clear with the salesman and finance department I had own financing and to not run my credit, but on my w to have lots of miscommunication. I was very clear with the salesman and finance department I had own financing and to not run my credit, but on my way to pick up vehicle they ran my credit anyways 4 times (again, I had my own financing) and assured me they would take care of it and dispute them after I asked about it, fast forward a month later and they say there is nothing they can do and they "thought they had authorization". I am very happy with my vehicle and got a good deal but will not deal with this dealership again. More

Peter was fantastic to work with. We live in Wichita, 300 miles away. We were able to come to very acceptable terms over the phone quickly. We drove to Omaha on Sunday night, we’re at the dealership at openi miles away. We were able to come to very acceptable terms over the phone quickly.
