Michelle was friendly but not very knowledgable about cars. When introduced to Keith (the manager) and asking specific car questions, his response to me was, "This shouldn't be that difficult." My intent cars. When introduced to Keith (the manager) and asking specific car questions, his response to me was, "This shouldn't be that difficult." My intention was to pay cash upfront for a vehicle that day with no financing. When putting out that kind of money I expect to get respect, help, and a friendly attitude. What I got were condescending remarks that turned me off. I will not return to that dealership and will let everyone I know what my experience was. More
Charged me >$264.00 for a replacement remote key for my Prius and then after the work is "done"they tell me that they can't cut the key that is part of it. No discount offered, just a "we don't have the my Prius and then after the work is "done"they tell me that they can't cut the key that is part of it. No discount offered, just a "we don't have the machine to cut the key". If I had been told before I had the wirk done I would heve taken my money, as I am going to do in all future cases to one of the other Toyota dealers in the area. Worst dealing I have ever had with any Toyota dealership. More
After dealing with them for 2 days on a Sequoia they sold it right out from under me and lied to the couple who bought it. The used car manager told me the car was listed at $25k, we dealt from close of busi it right out from under me and lied to the couple who bought it. The used car manager told me the car was listed at $25k, we dealt from close of business Saturday through Monday morning, (closed on Sunday) they informed me the car had been sold on Monday. I come to find out they sold it from an internet inquiry who had it listed for $28k. Of course since they could make another $3k of the car why bother selling it to us. No call back, no nothing. I guess it's true what they say about car dealers, they really are the scum of the earth. Oh well, atleast I didn't buy a car from them, what a blessing in disguise. More
