Great People I was hesitant to visit based on the reviews on this site, but decided to take a chance anyway. I'm glad I did! From the very start the salesmanager I was hesitant to visit based on the reviews on this site, but decided to take a chance anyway. I'm glad I did! From the very start the salesmanager "Paul" took us under his wing and guided us throught the process. They made it quick and easy to buy our new car. I couldnt have asked for better service. From the very beginning through the financial process I felt that they were working to meet our needs. We will definately be back, and have already sent friends to buy from them. Make sure when you go in you ask for Paul! More
Horrible. Don't Trust These People. Do not trust these people at all. I have very serious questions about the integrity of this company. I brought in my vehicle that has ~33,000 miles on it, nearly all of which were driven on the highway (i.e. not overly demanding on the brakes). I had a few brake lights on and wanted to make sure everything was ok. After waiting 30 minutes (after the appointment time that I had pre-set) to be helped, and then waiting another 2 hours for the diagnostic exam (that I was told would take an hour), the gentleman came over to me, ran through a list of items that were going to cost me $1,300, and said "well we'll go ahead and get started then." Uhhhhh, not quite buddy. He tried to tell me that the brake pads were so worn that the rotors even needed to be replaced. That struck me as very odd. Then he also told me what was causing the break lights to be on, and ran through a list of filters and other items they wanted to nickel and dime me on. Clearly I wasn't just going to sign up for all these charges without doing some research. So I took it to the small service shop down the road from my office (TO Haas on 120th & Center) they looked it over and said the brakes were just fine. In fact, they said "this vehicle only has 33k miles on it, the brakes should be good for a while." So that's a HUGE issue for me. As someone who doesn't know much about servicing cars, trust is basically the key. And these guys clearly blew that in a terrible, blatant way. I also found the sensor part direct from Toyota and had TO Haas put it in for me. Part was $130 and labor was $170. So I ended up getting my vehicle fixed for $300 vs. the $1,300 these cats wanted to charge me. I would be extremely leery of doing business with these people. More

Because the salesman didn't want me shopping around with other dealers, they said, if I signed purchase contract at that day, they will give $500 bonus check. By today, it has been a month passed. I ask many times for the check. They gave me many different reasons to push the things back. I really feel be cheated. I am going to report this cheating to BBB. More

I will tell you the service I received to buy a new car was unacceptable as there was no negotiation on price and had my 2011 running out back to leave,. I was shocked by this,. I went to the Honda dealer and ended up with a brand new SuV the same day due to the exceptional level of customer service I received. I will no longer be a loyal Toyota owner. More
I am appalled by the lack of integrity and honesty, and the apparent contempt that the old mills sales manager has for his customers. I hope that all old mill Toyota customers do their due diligence on any the apparent contempt that the old mills sales manager has for his customers. I hope that all old mill Toyota customers do their due diligence on any vehicle you consider purchasing from old mill Toyota, or better yet, go to a dealer with integrity and sound and ethical business practices. We started our relationship with Patrick, a sales associate at old mill Toyota, who had told me about a vehicle that came back to the dealership from previous customers who's financing fell through. The car was still technically new as it had never been titled however the first owners did intentional damage to the vehicle in retaliation to their financing falling through. Patrick told us they inflicted multiples dents and glass damage. To the vehicle. Patrick was honest with us and told us the true situation about the cars history and first 1600 miles and we thank him and respect him for his honesty and transparency. The vehicle had been fully repaired, reprinted, and restored, but we were still interested in receiving a good deal and discount because of the damage we were made aware of. When we discussed pricing the vehicle, the sales manager came over to us inform us that we had been grossly misinformed about the extent of the damage to the vehicle, that it only came back with a quarter sized ding on the driver door which was repaired and that the only discount the dealership was willing to extend was 300 dollars of the new car price. We asked to see the body shop invoice and were told they did not have it. We demanded to see a bill of repair, and eventually the sales manager reluctantly produced a body shop invoice that indicated multiple panels had been repainted, front and rear windshield replacements, gas tank door replacement, headlight assembly replacement and a litany of other labor and repair codes that were less distinguishable to a laid person that took up the better part of an entire 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. It is highly unprofessional and unethical to lie boldly to a customers face in an effort to sell a car at near full new car price. More
My check engine light came on so I took it in for service. When I bought the car in 2010 (at Toyota's lowest point in sales) I also purchased their top of the line extended warranty which is supposed service. When I bought the car in 2010 (at Toyota's lowest point in sales) I also purchased their top of the line extended warranty which is supposed to cover the car bumper to bumper NO MATTER WHAT. Turns out of course that the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on (of course). Supposedly, a mouse chewed through a sensor wire which was the cause of the problem. NOT covered since it was not a parts defect even though I was told by the manager that "this happens all the time." To me, if this does in fact happen "all the time," then perhaps it is a problem with the car. Personally, I have never in my life heard of a mouse that broke anyone's car! By the way, replacing the wire cost $501.09. AND, I was told I was lucky that the mouse stopped when he did before destroying the sensor itself. REALLY Old Mill Toyota? Shame on you! More
Dan Briggs wanted to sell me a solara, and when we test drove it he tried to tell me how to drive! Like he's not the DMV! And he lied about what price he could give us, he gave us a price for a V5 instead drove it he tried to tell me how to drive! Like he's not the DMV! And he lied about what price he could give us, he gave us a price for a V5 instead of a V4, which it was and it was much less at book value than he was selling it, and he was just an overall jerk.
