Proud Customer Dealership: Village Pointe Toyota is exceptionally unique in that it does not play the elevated pricing game so many other Toyota dealers play for Dealership: Village Pointe Toyota is exceptionally unique in that it does not play the elevated pricing game so many other Toyota dealers play for certified pre-owned vehicles. The majority of other Toyota dealers elevate asking price, sometimes thousands of dollars above market value, so that you can "negotiate" the long journey back to what hopefully ends up being a close to reasonable price. This practice has a huge margin of error in the dealership's favor and also has the unfortunate affect of influencing and inflating independent book values for used vehicles. I want to pay fair market value for a vehicle while still providing the dealership with the necessary net profit to fully support its employees, develop its facilities, and encourage investment. This is exactly Village Pointe's business model. They understand that manipulating customers to pay more is a short-term gain at the expense of reputation and return business which are monumentally more important long-term assets. Village Pointe Toyota starts with your needs, your budget, your preferences, and then finds the right vehicle to meet your criteria. They may not have the right fit on their lot at that time; and rather than pushing you towards something in stock, they maintain contact and inform you the moment they do obtain a vehicle that suits your requirements. They start at fair market prices that are always less than book value and often times more competitive than private-seller asking prices...all with the tremendous advantage of Toyota's certification warranty and pre-purchase servicing. I boldly state that no other Toyota dealer within a 500-mile radius comes even remotely close to these standards. I say this with the experience of countless dealer searches and phone inquiries of certified inventory :) Village Pointe Toyota is simply the best. Tom Bazer, Sales Representative: From my very first phone inquiry, Tom's polite, efficient, direct, and above all, honestly helpful demeanor was in stark contrast to my recent experience with other dealers' sales representatives. I had to remark to my wife how refreshing it was to speak with someone so genuinely helpful. Tom made me want to do business with him, and I hadn't realized how important that was to the purchasing process before. He started by answering my questions directly, then discussed my needs and explained his resources and process for meeting those needs.
