Mike made the internet transaction incredibly smooth for us! It's always a little nerve wracking to find a vehicle online and then drive 4+ hrs to see/buy it. Mike made sure all questions were answered, even before we arrived. Very nice (and large) waiting areas, even a playroom for the kids and a "quiet room" that I could have used for nursing the baby! Superior service. Well worth the day's traveling to deal with Mike! More

We had been to 5 other dealerships and they had pop or water one even had fresh popcorn. I was very happy that Tom did call us back to see if the other car deal went through which it had not. I had lost the card and probably would have went with another dealership that had called back before him. They were very attendtive to find me the vehicle I wanted not in there lot. More
Casual Visit, but drove back in a brand new car!! We visited this place just casually as part of shopping around for a new minivan but they won our business and our hearts by and large within an hour! We visited this place just casually as part of shopping around for a new minivan but they won our business and our hearts by and large within an hour!!!. I used to service my pervious car Camry in Performance Toyota and naturally checked with them first about trading my car to get a new Car. The value Performance Toyota guys assessed for my excellent condition 2011 car was a joke and justified that by saying that they have enough and more Camry's in their inventory!! Even the price they quoted for the new car (Sienna) was so high. However Village Pointe Toyota (formerly Old Mill) made us feel that it is their need to win our business and worked with us in every point of the process. They liked my old car and quoted a very good price (3000 more than what the other dealer valued) and offered a great deal on the new Car price. Still, just to decide between Sienna and Odyssey (and to try to sell my old car privately) we did not make our purchase in first visit. Since I forgot my registration paper for my Camry, I went back there after church on the next Sunday and guess what, in that visit, we drove back a new Sienna!! Sam B (Used Car section Manager) and Scott Ramey (Sales) were so helpful, friendly and professional that they tried to understand what they need to do to make me take my decision. Long story short, they were ready to give me almost KBB private party sale price for my old car and threw in few freebies for the new Car. We reckoned altogether we get more than 3K profit comparing Odyssey and more than 6K profit over the price Performance Toyota quoted and hence decided to drive new Car back home. If you are undecided on which dealer to go to, trust me, choose Village Pointe for the value of your money. Ask for Scott Ramey if you are shopping there and if you need to trade in, ask for Sam B. They are the best there! More

Will be back for any/all future vehicle purchases I came in on a Saturday afternoon and was out of there by 5:00pm with my new car. I haven't bought a vehicle in five or six years and have never owned I came in on a Saturday afternoon and was out of there by 5:00pm with my new car. I haven't bought a vehicle in five or six years and have never owned a Toyota. I had my previous vehicle in for some repairs and my rental car was a 2014 Toyota Camry. I've never liked white vehicles until I saw this one; I think it's the lack of black on the grill, bumper, etc. that makes the white "pop." It drove great, I loved the user interface on the touchscreen dash and it was just an overall positive experience. I knew I'd be trading in my 2006 Honda Accord which had just over 105K miles, heated leather seats, iPod hook-up, etc. I ended up getting the exact amount I was looking for for my trade-in. I told the crew at Toyota that I wanted to trade my vehicle, have no money down, and have payments be at $X.XX for no longer than X years - that is exactly where I ended up. I purchased a 2014.5 Toyota Camry SE. It is in excellent condition and was purchased with 19K miles. The white paint with the dark grey/black interior is a really nice look IMO, and it has nice 17" tires. The crew at VP Toyota ran around looking for this vehicle as it had just arrived the day before to the dealership (it hadn't even hit the lot). But they were willing to work with me because I knew what I wanted and that I was ready to make a deal. Every member of the team was an expert in their area, whether it was the salesman, the finance team, the guy that walked me through the vehicle warranty information, etc. It was very low pressure throughout the entire process. The team was more than willing and able to answer any of my dumb questions and even some of my smart ones. They were honest with me and I appreciated it very much. I also came away very impressed with the body shop/service manager Jon and his team. Upon purchasing the vehicle, we had decided that the dealership would repaint my bumpers and touch up a few dings on the vehicle at no cost to me. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and dropped it off the following Thursday morning. They gave me a vehicle to get around with for the day and called me around 1:30pm telling me my vehicle was ready to pick up. Due to a miscommunication in paperwork, the bumpers were completed (and looked brand new) but the dings had not been touched up. No problem at all - Jon worked with me and let me swing by the following Tuesday to have his paint guy touch them up. I was literally in and out on that Tuesday in 20-25 minutes. Not only did he touch up the dings we had identified, but he spotted a couple more and took care of them. Again, I've never owned a Toyota before this one but needless to say I will be back to these guys for all future purchases. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. They run a great business, are knowledgeable, and follow up on their end of the deal. They are to be commended and I wish them great success moving forward. More
