Poor Service Experience I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. As part of this, the services they were going to perform were: • Oil and Filter Change • Perform I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. As part of this, the services they were going to perform were: • Oil and Filter Change • Perform 5,000 mile recommended service interval • Service Wash • Multi Point Inspection I left the vehicle with them for 29 hours, which should have given them ample time to complete these tasks. Based on their inspection, I was told that my battery voltage/amperage is low. The battery is one year old, so I had it tested at another location and they found no problems. They said the spark plugs needed to be replaced, Another mechanic said they are in good shape. They said my washer fluid was low, so they topped it off. I filled it to the brim with Rain-x washer fluid the night before, so they could not have added any. They said my cabin air filter was dirty and needed to be changed. The part on Amazon is $5.73 and it is an easy 2 minute fix, since it sits at the back of the glove box. They wanted $57.00 to change it. The engine air cleaner only cost $25.00 and takes longer. The car wash that was promised was not done. Again, they had the car for an entire day and half of the next, how long does a wash take? Since the wash cost nothing, I guess I got what I paid for. I will NOT be returning to Village Pointe Toyota again...EVER! More

Sweet Deal on Camy Hybrid I live in Minneapolis and none of the local dealers had the 2016 Camry Hybrid I wanted. So I poked around the web and found the one I wanted at Villa I live in Minneapolis and none of the local dealers had the 2016 Camry Hybrid I wanted. Their Internet Sales Manager shot me a very competitive price so I flew down to Omaha last Friday and bought the car. The people at Village Point were all friendly, polite, and professional. If you're looking for a new Toyota I encourage to you to check out this dealership because they're one of the best in the Midwest! More

That is called the bait and switch...stay away Ordered (thought we did) a Highlander from them, after several months of being told production hasn't started we contacted toyota customer service. We find out they never ordered the car but we stuck with them, and gave them the chance to make it right. Finally, we get told that is it starting production and will arrive in 2 weeks and they 'offer' it to us at a higher price than we originally agreed. Magically, the GM isn't working there and the salesperson we were working with can no longer be contacted (just when we try). Steer clear of Michael Burns (manager), Larry Thomas (customer service (not good service), and Grant Carstens (salesperson) Horrible experience, no ethical standards, heard the same from others. Oh, the dealership looks nice. More
