At that time, I wasn't sure if I wasn't to purchase or not, so I left "thinking about it." It took me a few weeks to decide to purchase, but during this time, Dean contacted me to touch base and answer any questions possible. When I finally decided to buy, he was available and we hashed out the deal. The staff was all friendly and easy to talk to with no pressure to buy. Some individuals do not have the personality to work with the public however, Justin had that intangible aspect. He receives an A+ from his greeting, to expressing interest in helping us identify a vehicle, paperwork, test drive, detailing, explanations, introductions to others, price negotiation, phone follow-ups, and appreciation of our business. He never was too pushy or unassertive. He never promised more than he was able to deliver. The correct mix of professionalism and friendliness is hard to find. We have found these qualities in Justin. When there was something he did not know, he simply said he did not know. He then found someone who did, or researched it himself. We were never left wondering about anything throughout the whole process. He is the paragon of what Toyota should portray through all of their sales representatives. We are lifelong customers and hope that Justin will be around a long time. More
