The staff went above and beyond to get us into a car after ours was totaled. It was a pleasant experience as their entire staff has such a great sense of humor all while being incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly and Martin in financing did a great job getting me out while I was on a time crunch. I highly recommend going here to purchase your next vehicle. Ask for Jose. He won't disappoint! More
Very disappointed with the “bait & switch “ tactics used by their used vehicle sales department. This is lengthy but worth reading: They have a 2001 Ford F250 with the 7.3 diesel, but it has 270,000 m by their used vehicle sales department. This is lengthy but worth reading: They have a 2001 Ford F250 with the 7.3 diesel, but it has 270,000 miles, for $16,000. Then they said $11,000 and $3000 for a trade in vehicle. Sales then said it’s yours for $9000, with $3000 for your trade. After leaving the dealership, a call back offer of $8000 was made so the Sales Manager had to be consulted. A few minutes later the salesman called back and said they’d accept $11,000 with $2500 for the trade in… $16000 to $11000 to $9000 then back up to $11000, with less $ for the trade in. Granted the 7.3 has a strong following, but at 270,000 the F250 had rust, a patch work semi-undercoating over rust, and mechanical issues normal for a high mileage truck, and it wasn’t an F350. The dealer could have made a sale to good people, gotten great reviews, repeat business and increased sales thru word of mouth. But they didn’t. More
In August in took my 2009 Camry in for a broken trunk latch. I also requested an oil change. The diagnostic charge for the broken latch was $140, the oil change was $90, and a $23 Shop supply cost (whatever that is). It was going to be another $557 for parts and labor to repair the trunk latch. I told them to put my car back together, wrote them a check, and took my car to Baxter Toyota to have the latch fixed. I will never go back to Village Point Toyota. More
