The only reason I rated him a bit lower is that by the time we got to finance, we were very tired and he didn't seem to pick up on that. We had been at the dealership since 6pm and didn't leave the dealership until after 10pm because of the reviewing he did of all the available products/services. I don't know how long we were in his office but it was at the end so we were ready to go home. Micheal also really pushed a service package on us that, after his 3rd attempt, we agreed to only because we were exhausted by this time and he didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. I don't want to criticize because this may turn out to be a service that we can utilize. But we didn't really use it with our last RAV4 and I didn't want to add on to our total due and payment amount. I liken it to life insurance. Overall, a great experience that took too long. More
