They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted for the price I could afford. Both Sharrieff and Jordan (sales) were very friendly, informative and easy to work with. Michael (finance) was very friendly. He understood the time constraint we were working with and he still managed to inform us in detail of the options available and answered all of our questions. Need a quick technical review. We just purchased a new RAV4 Limited with all the "bells and whistles". When we picked it up after flying to Omaha from Phoenix, we were too tired to We just purchased a new RAV4 Limited with all the "bells and whistles". When we picked it up after flying to Omaha from Phoenix, we were too tired to go over the vehicle in any detail, so requested we just take the vehicle and if we had questions we would return. We just live a few minutes from the dealership. After enjoying the vehicle for a day or so, it had so many complexities, that we thought we needed a quick review, so I drove back to the dealership to see if anyone had time to go over the many features. Even though our original salesman was not there, Justin offered to help. He went over the features and answered the questions I had in a very friendly manner. It will still take a little study to master the tech features, but we have a very nice "fast start". More
