Jose was great, was not pushy or demanding, no rush to make a decision. Dustin and the finance team were very accommodating while we spoke to our insurance company several times, giving us plenty of time to make a correct financial decision on the after-sale maintenance and insurance choices. Overall experience was superb! Be happy to go buy our next vehicle from VP Toyota in a few years - might be a while until the Toyota needs to be replaced, though! Improvement; have free snacks and drinks in the break area for those waiting for service or for paperwork processing for a sale. A few things were offered for sale, but another local dealership has free drinks and snacks. More
