We had stopped by your dealership on Friday evening 6/17/16 after visiting our first grandchild, born Friday, 6/17/16 at Methodist Womens Hospital. We were in the market to purchase a vehicle and had been working with a few sales persons at Gregg Young, Huber and Beardmore Cheverolet in Bellevue, as we were in search of a Chevy Equinox. During our search, our son, who would be driving the vehicle purchased, said that he wouldn't mind looking at a car. We went to Huber Saturday 6/11/16 to look at an Equinox and, we looked at a Malibu. We test drove the Malibu that day. We were scheduled to meet back at Huber Saturday, 6/18/16 with the sales person so that he could take care of some issues with the Malibu. The salesman was supposed to call me back during the week. He was going to check on a tire that was low on pressure and detail the car to get rid of the smoker smell. As of this date, 6/20/16, he has not called. After looking at Camry's on your lot at Village Pointe Friday evening 6/17/16 , we decided to buy a Toyota Camry. On our way to Village Pointe Toyota Saturday morning 6/18/16, two sales persons called. One call was from the salesman at Gregg Young. I told him we are on our way to Village Pointe Toyota. He told me that he had an Equinox and that we needed to come to his dealership instead, because 2 other people were looking at purchasing the Equinox, (salesman trick) we will never go there now. The other called while we were at your dealership and said that the Equinox we wanted to look at still was not in, but he had another Equinox we could look at, (salesman trick) We don't like those tactics. P.J. Smith was very personable and professional. P.J. spoke with us like old friends that hadn't seen each other in a while. My husband liked the fact that he was from the south, played sports and he played the drums (my husband is from the south, loves sports and our son plays the drums). P. J. was honest and he listen to what we wanted and went to work for us. He made us feel appreciated and not like another sale. We will refer Village Pointe and P.J. Smith to folks looking to make a vehicle purchase. More

We had talked to a few other dealerships and we could tell the other salesmen could care a less if we walked out of there happy customers. PJ gave us a no-pressure experience and conveyed that he wanted only what was best for us. PJ is the reason we feel a tie now to Village Pointe Toyota and he would be the reason we'd come back. PJ was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Highlander (we had never purchased a Toyota before) and did everything he could to get us a payment we were comfortable with. More
