This is the second time working with this team and they could not make car buying any easier. I am not a fan of car shopping but they make it a breeze. Rusty Russell and Village Point Toyota provided us with fantastic customer service and a very competitive price on the purchase of our daughter's first vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealership. fantastic customer service and a very competitive price on the purchase of our daughter's first vehicle. We would highly recommend this dealership. More

I was told it didn't, but a quick google search showed I was accurate. Ripped off/Bait and switch in service department: Went into the service department page on the Toyota website and looked up my vehicle to schedule maintenance. On the website all the prices were listed for the recommended services for my specific vehicle. I selected the standard oil change for $89.99 and scheduled a time. Took my vehicle in this morning dropped it off, met with the “check-in” guy (Cris V.) who asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I said no, “thank you - I just had them all replaced. I just need to see oil change.” He wrote oil change on the piece of paper, asked me to sign it, and told me I could wait in the lobby. This has been the same procedure for the past 7 years with both of my Toyota vehicles they have serviced. When service was completed and I get the paperwork they were charging me $120. I questioned it the guy at the counter went and got the service department manager (Brandon) who then went and got the person who checked me in and asked me what the situation was. I explained I signed up for a certain price online but was being charged something different. He flipped through the paperwork to the page that I signed and lo and behold there’s “$120” now written on that page next to the oil change and he asked me why I signed it if I didn’t agree to it. “That is why we always discuss pricing upfront” he said. I explained to him I’ve been bringing my two vehicles here, that one I purchased there, for seven years and have never discussed price, particularly because it’s listed on the website when I scheduled my service so I know what it is. When he asked the check-in guy if he discussed pricing with me upfront of course lied and said yes. I looked him dead in the eyes and repeated the conversation we had and he just made a noise with his mouth and rolled his eyes and looked away. Brandon, the manager, sat there like a deer in headlights staring at his computer refusing to do anything so I made it very clear that I hope the $30 they were stealing from me today was worth it because they just lost my business indefinitely. I have had other issues with them not performing the services I paid for, and also a missing master lug nut key from my truck that I purchased brand new from them. We have been able to easily work those issues out. Apparently not today. Also, it shouldn’t take an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change at 7:40 in the morning, especially when they didn’t even wash the outside of the vehicle like they were supposed to. Lost customer! More
