Knowledgable I was turning in a nearly expired lease, and leasing a new Avalon. Justin and I communicated via email for a few days sorting through the lease option I was turning in a nearly expired lease, and leasing a new Avalon. Justin and I communicated via email for a few days sorting through the lease options, so my expectations were known. I appreciated the email communication since it reduced the amount of "dealer time" The actual deal was as Justin had outlined. No surprises. I had a number of questions about the new lease and he provided answers thoroughly. Secondarily, he really knew the vehicle. Since my old car had many of the features of the new one, there was not much explaining to do, but on the questions I did have, he had the answers. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations and I will look for Justin again on my next car. More

Worst service I have ever experienced with servicing my car. The only positive thing I can say about my experience with this dealership is the salesman Terry. He was great! When I took my car back for oil change The only positive thing I can say about my experience with this dealership is the salesman Terry. He was great! When I took my car back for oil change I had an appointment and 2 1/2 hours later my car was done!! They said one of my tires had a nail and was not repairable and wanted to charge me 250.00 for a new tire. That was false! I went to TO Haas and they repaired the tire. Will never go back! Baxter Toyota of Lavista provides a much more pleasurable experience for service. More
