The gentleman who walked me back to the service adviser was John.I was im I originally visited Village Pointe to get my father-in-law's van serviced. The gentleman who walked me back to the service adviser was John.I was impressed and the service was done as promised and on time. In my conversation with Don, the adviser, I mentioned that I was interested in a small SUV to lease and he walked me back to John's office. I met a very knowledgeable and gracious gentleman. He listened carefully to me and as a result, I'm now a new RAV4 owner and First time Toyota owner!!! More

Justin provides a premier car buying experience! I recently was in the market for Toyota RAV4. I submitted interest forms via the various dealers websites on a Sunday afternoon and within one hour I I recently was in the market for Toyota RAV4. I submitted interest forms via the various dealers websites on a Sunday afternoon and within one hour I heard back from Justin D'Angelo. He was very friendly on the phone and indicated asked questions to get me setup with the perfect car. He maintained regular phone and email contact and worked hard to get me a great deal on my trade-in as well as on my new RAV4. The process could not have been better and Justin was the primary reason for it. He does an excellent job of building relationships and does not make you feel pressured into buying anything you don’t want. He walked through the various aspects of the vehicle after I purchased it and continued to contact me for the first 30 days to see if there were any concerns. I cannot recommend this guy enough, go with Justin you will not be disappointed. More

One the sales person we talked to was going to get the car we wanted ready for us so we could test drive i Here are a few points that I will bring up. One the sales person we talked to was going to get the car we wanted ready for us so we could test drive it. It wasn't ready and the car he took us to was not what we talked about but we test drove it anyway. We ended getting a RAV4 and luv the car except there were a few things we wanted on the car that we found out didn't have. That was part our fault but the car we had did not have the sticker on the window and no one knew where it was. If I had known before what it had we probably would have bought a more expensive one, but after 4 hours of sitting and waiting we were ready to get the heck out of there. Then the salesman took the plates off our car and forgot to give them to us and I called about them and he said he thought I would come back to get them, Never called to say they were there all the time. And last during buying the car he was telling us that the car has a special coating on it that will last a long time, great that is something that they usually try to sell you along with the undercoating and Scotch Guard the interior. But no they had already put the coating on and found out it cost everyone who buys a automobile $695.00. If they would of asked us I would say no we don't want it along with the undercoating and Scotch Guard, but you get it if you want it or not. There are plenty of Toyota dealers around so look at them all and see if they charge you for that super paint coating, they don't and you get it for at least $695.00 cheaper. More
