A Great Experience buying a new 2016 Toyota Highlander I recently purchased a new 2016 Toyota Highlander, Limited AWD model from Village Pointe Toyota-Scion in Omaha, Nebraska. I went to the dealership in I recently purchased a new 2016 Toyota Highlander, Limited AWD model from Village Pointe Toyota-Scion in Omaha, Nebraska. I went to the dealership in the morning on a Saturday to see what models and colors they still had of the 2016 Highlander. They had a Limited AWD model with the color combination that I was interested in, so I took it for a test drive. The salesperson tried talking me into purchasing it right away, but I responded that I needed to go home and discuss the potential purchase with my wife and think about it for awhile. I had visited all three Toyota dealerships in the Omaha area over the past week or so. The other two dealerships still had the old feeling of the salespersons being under constant observation and pressure to sell, sell, sell. After about five hours, I returned to see if they still had the model that I was interested in, which they did, so I completed the negotiations and finalized the purchase. The sales rep, the facilities and entire staff were so helpful and courteous. I had to wait a little while for the financing rep, but that was only because the dealership was selling a lot of vehicles that day. Overall, it was a great experience buying a vehicle from Village Pointe Toyota and Scion in Omaha, Nebraska. It's worth the drive for anyone in eastern Nebraska or western Iowa! More

Making my purchase comfortable I had my previous car for years so I knew it was time that I had to buy. I had talked to a couple of other dealers and I had been checking the intern I had my previous car for years so I knew it was time that I had to buy. I had talked to a couple of other dealers and I had been checking the internet constantly and had not found the right thing for me. I stopped into Village Pointe Toyota and Matt Aveldson was just waiting on the step in the drizzling rain waiting for somebody like me to help. He immediately came and introduced himself and took me inside. We discussed that I needed low miles, a good vehicle that would last, and I had to keep my payments to a minimum. We looked at Toyota Camry's with low miles. He explained items on the newer car that I was not used to. He answered any questions I had and I got the impression that he really did know what he was talking about and I also just felt he was a decent person. I decided to purchase and after a lot of back and forth Matt got my price and payment where I needed. I than talked to the financial department and had just as good of experience. I drove away with my Toyota Camry that evening and they kept my old vehicle. I went to work and was telling my co-workers about my vehicle and experience and immediately one of my co-workers who I know is in similar vehicle situation as I was said she was going to Village Pointe Toyota when she gets ready.
