Purchase - 2017 Corolla Matt was very helpful in assisting in finding the right Corolla, color and equipment. He also allowed me to drive it home[we live nearby]to show it to Matt was very helpful in assisting in finding the right Corolla, color and equipment. He also allowed me to drive it home[we live nearby]to show it to my wife. He was a good listener and accurately passed info along to his boss and we were able to reach an agreement on a deal in a reasonable period of time. He also installed the floor mats and put us in touch with the Service rep who helped set up some electronics which were new to us. At this point the paperwork closer took over and this is where things changed as this high pressure closer did not listen at all but persisted in insisting I buy added protection on finish, which I repeatedly told him I did not want.. He failed to listen and persisted in effort to sell extra protection. He proceeded to say new paint and other finishes are less durable than the past. This seemed strange coming from a rep of Toyota which has one of the highest ratings for quality and durability. Matt and the service rep were 5 stars. The closer was not. More
