In 2013, I had the privilege of working with Jose Lopez, and he was very friendly and offered outstanding customer service. He even followed up with me about a year after I purchased my car just to see how I was doing! Now in 2017, I would have returned to work with him again, but unfortunately could not remember his name. However, Jim Paulsen made the transition seamless with continued customer service and incredible patience! He did a remarkable job in assisting me to find the perfect replacement of my new RAV4 by working diligently, but not at all pushy. Trusting Toyota is one thing, but the reliability that I could return with such a welcome continuity speaks volumes. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this dealership! Pricing is always a difficult feat and is usually a frustrating process, but both Jim and Jose went above and beyond in helping me get the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Matt Braun in the finance department was also very compassionate and facilitating to making the final processes be completed thoroughly, but timely. Just an overall great team to work with!! More

After we agreed on a price, Rusty worked to get the car prepped and ready for me to pick up that day. By the time I arrived at the dealership the car was undercoated and ready to go. Rusty greeted me at the door and made me feel like I was more than just a customer. After showing me my new Camry, Rusty introduced me to Michael Milan, the finance manager, with whom I had spoken on the phone. Michael had all of the paper work ready for me and I was able to get back on the road home in less than 2 hours. If you want a great buying experience and to be treated with respect and honesty, then Rusty Russell and Michael Milan are the people I would contact. More
