Wonderful experience! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had never set foot on the dealership property until today. I can assure you this will not be the last I visit this dealership; for service or purcha I had never set foot on the dealership property until today. I can assure you this will not be the last I visit this dealership; for service or purchases. The dealership itself is warm & inviting, which is unusual for dealerships. The sales person was informative, friendly, and honest from the get go. That was truly appreciated. The finance person was thorough & made sure we understood available options. Only complaint would be the length of the process. It took two hours to inspect a trade in, pull credit, put together financing, & do the closing. I feel like there is room for improvement there. Overall extremly satisfied! More

The financial guy was pretty good, as well, although I tire of having to say "no" to all the extra warranty junk during that process... you'll get that anywhere you go, though.
