Everyone I encountered was kind, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Sales team made sure all my questions were heard and answered. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I walked out with exactly what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Not only did I leave with an amazing car but also a chance to start over and rebuild my credit with an interest rate 7% lower than what I was approved for at home. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase. More
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I walked around the lot looking at vehicles for more than 15 minutes before going inside to find a sales person. Upon approaching the reception desk, I walked around the lot looking at vehicles for more than 15 minutes before going inside to find a sales person. Upon approaching the reception desk, the sales person who was sitting on the desk casually looked over his shoulder and said, "Can I help you with something." I responded that I would like to drive the red 4Runner on the corner of the lot. His response after several seconds of summing me up, "Are you serious about it?" I was in shock and should have walked out at that point, but was truly interested in the vehicle. From there it went from bad to worse. From infighting between sales people, to insulting me by telling my boyfriend, "Thank you for keeping her calm." after I expressed my disappointment over the way I was treated when I asked to drive a vehicle. After purchasing a brand new 2017 4Runner the horrible customer service continued. As they were detailing the vehicle while I signed paperwork, I asked that they remove the dealership label from the tailgate (if there was one.) The salesperson said it was already glued on and that I could use a hairdryer to peel it off myself when I got home. This morning I went in for an unexplained windshield break that I assumed would be covered under one of the three extensive warranties I purchased a mere four weeks ago. Not only was I told it wasn't covered because it was a pinpoint sized rock chip that split due to weather, I was accused of lying as possible hail had caused it. As though one random hail stone fell from heaven and broke my windshield while causing no other damage. And I was quoted $900 for a new windshield on an SUV that I put plates on two days ago and has less than 1,000 miles. I could add several additional layers of detail to this review, but will just say I will NEVER use this dealership again. I am a lifelong purchaser of Toyota vehicles, but if this were the last place I could buy one on earth I'd switch brands in a heartbeat just to avoid them. More

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Although I know my new car will treat me well for years to come I plan on going back to them when it is time to get my daughter a new car in the future. Horrific ! On February 13, 2017 I thought I had purchased my vehicle, but boy was I in for the most horrific experiences! I was thrown through hoops on top of $3 On February 13, 2017 I thought I had purchased my vehicle, but boy was I in for the most horrific experiences! I was thrown through hoops on top of $3,400 scammed from me, have not received any information regarding the loan. I have an attorney and the office has made calls to the GM and he is not even attempting to help resolve my issues. It is now almost the end of May. I am driving around illegally and my unsigned title is still floating around somewhere in Omaha. The dealership calls me about once a day knowing that I am at work and can't answer my phone, but they do not leave me messages. The GM claims that there is nothing he can do to resolve my issues, but yet it was one of his employees that decided to purchase a warranty with part of the $5,000.00 that I put down. I will let my attorney handle this issue as I want to be done completely with this joke of a company. I have already told everyone that I have contact with not to ever purchase a car through them and I plan to continue far into the future so no one ends up in my shoes feeling like they have been ripped off and scammed. ** The brand of the vehicle was a Dodge, not Toyota.
