Great Experience, beginning to end I think most people dread the car buying experience, myself included. I had visited another Toyota Dealer before coming to Village Pointe. My experience at the other dealer was typical; sales guy played the typically sales games; but in order to get negotiating leverage, I had to visit several places to get the best price. I explained this to Martin and his manager when I came in. They picked that I was informed and didn't want to play games. Within 30 minutes, I had a number I was really excited about. No back and forth, they just game me their best number, right off the bat. I was shocked at their straight forwardness and the speed at which got down to business. Martin was excellent throughout the process. Very personable and listens. You are sure to have a positive experience with him. I would recommend him highly. Great purchase on a great truck! Justin and Larry were very helpful! Justin got back to us right away through email after inquiry and set up the appointment that day. We even came in about an hour early (due to excitement) and he still greeted us while he was in between being with another customer. Only after a couple minutes (being pampered with fresh coffee and super comfy chairs) he was there to help us. We enjoyed our time and process of purchase. We usually dread going to a dealership because of past experiences but they exceeded our expectations with friendliness and how much they worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed.
