We left for lunch, and he called to let us know that one of the cars we were interested in had sold, but he had reviewed some other options and provided us with thorough info on those vehicles. We returned and purchased a car. Braxton made the whole experience low pressure and as simple as he could, which I really appreciated as a first-time car buyer. Additionally, he was friendly and answered all of our questions to the best of his abilities, going out of his way to get any info that he didn't know off the top of his head. Another Great Experience! We bought a Toyota Sienna at Village Pointe Toyota last Saturday, and we went back yesterday (5 days later) and bought a Toyota Corolla LE. We actuall We bought a Toyota Sienna at Village Pointe Toyota last Saturday, and we went back yesterday (5 days later) and bought a Toyota Corolla LE. We actually went to another Toyota dealership closer to home first, but were planning on checking at Village Pointe anyways because of the great experience we had last week. I called Village Pointe while my husband and daughter were out test-driving a Corolla at the other dealership. On the phone, Village Pointe offered us a Corolla LE (an upgrade from the Corolla L the other dealership was showing us) for 1,500 less. We left the other dealership (who said they wanted our business, but couldn't come down on price). We worked with Jose again, as well as working with Karina. She was true to her word on the price, and once again, we were in and out in less than 3 hours. The atmosphere at Village Pointe and the employees there make buying a car an easy, enjoyable process! We will be back when our younger daughter is ready to trade her 1999 Corolla for a new Corolla! Thank you, Village Pointe!! More
