Great, hassle free experience! We actually went in to look at a used Honda Odyssey that would allow us to stay within budget. When we looked at the Odyssey we decided that particula We actually went in to look at a used Honda Odyssey that would allow us to stay within budget. When we looked at the Odyssey we decided that particular van wasn't for us, and we were going to leave. However, Mohammad Rahman asked us what we were looking for, both in a vehicle and in finances. He and Jose helped us trade our CRV for a new Toyota Sienna, within budget! We really appreciated that they got straight to the bottom line instead of us wasting a lot of time dickering with them. We were in a hurry today to get to a track meet, and Jose did such a great job of helping us quickly! We were able to test-drive the Sienna, settle on a price, sign papers in finance and leave in our new Sienna in under 3 hours! We truly didn't have time for Jose to show us all the details on our new vehicle, so he was so nice to let us come back a different day to do that. He made sure the safety features were all turned on and then helped us get on our way. Jose and Mohammad were a perfect balance of low-pressure and very helpful. Mike Costello did a great job of getting us through the paperwork quickly, too! It was a great car-buying experience, and now we have enough room our foster kids and grandson so we can travel together in one vehicle, and we have the pre-collision system that I really wanted in my next vehicle but didn't think I could afford! More

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS Purchased a 2018 4 runner in November. about to our 5000 mile tire rotation. On our way back from a roadtrip to Pigeon Forge Tennessee at the Kansas City 435 jct, the jeep ahead and next to us had a tire blow out, he over corrected and my husband reacted AMAZINGLY and with the help of the stabilization control feature somehow by the grace of God kept control, even while going sideways. It happened so fast but soon after the vehicle was shaking at hwy speed. We called the service department and they said come on in. We got there at 5:15p and they close at 6p I said just check it over and we will figure out a time to get it back in. We live north of Sioux City but will NOT bring our vehicles to Rick Collins EVER!! Brian said we will take care of you and they did. 6:30 here he comes and one of his tech's stayed late, and realigned the vehicle and balanced the tires, and while he was at it, rotated them so we wouldn't have to come back for that too. They said they did not want us driving the vehicle in its after near miss condition any more than we already had. I went to pay and they said it is all under warranty. WHAT?! OMG!! Jose Lopez our salesman even saw the video we had from our dash cam on FB and came over to check on us and check on the vehicle. He was with a customer but wanted to say hi and let us know he was glad we were ok. I told him it was all because of that truck!! my old 4 runner may not have held up as well. Thank you LORD for directing us to this dealership!! I have never felt more respected, valued, trusted, and welcomed than with Village Pointe. They are ALL top notch and we are forever in your debt!!
