Put Me at Ease, Made the Process Simple I'm 21 and financing my first newer car. Therefore, I was incredibly nervous and wary about the whole process, keeping an eye out for any tricks that I'm 21 and financing my first newer car. Therefore, I was incredibly nervous and wary about the whole process, keeping an eye out for any tricks that dealerships supposedly use to swindle you. With Martin, I was almost immediately put at ease. His relaxed yet professional mannerisms made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. He explained everything so it was easy to understand and transparent. I would strongly recommend Martin as a salesperson. And as for Sam, our financial expert, he went above and beyond working for me, trying to get the best loan agreement possible. I believe I can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for a better experience. There were no tricks, no pressure, anything. More

Terrible service I took my car in on Monday because the check engine light came on. The engine code is so mysterious, no one can figure out what's wrong with the vehic I took my car in on Monday because the check engine light came on. The engine code is so mysterious, no one can figure out what's wrong with the vehicle. They thought it could be bad fuel. They drained my full tank of fuel to find it had excess moisture, but they explained that it is common for that to happen because it is corn based fuel. Told me they had been in contact with Toyota to troubleshoot and Toyota could only offer suggestions of how to proceed as they don't know what the code means either. Next step - de-carb, which is not covered under any warranty. That didn't fix the code either. Then Toyota told them to replace the fuel injectors, but the warranty company that does extended warranties, won't cover the repair because it is only guess work. Now, 4 days later, I still have a car that's not fixed. I'm on the hook for the diagnostic and the de-carb at least, and they won't replace the full tank of fuel they drained. More
