I emailed Brooklyn and Terry, the general manager called me within a day and we scheduled an appointment to look at the car. Barry, the service manager, gave me the good news that they would fix it. My sales person Carlos and his manager Marshall were provided customer service that was above any beyond my expectations. My husband and I were very unsure about what we wanted. Marshall made it very clear that he was there to work with us and to do whatever he could to find a deal that worked for us. Martin handled our finance paperwork. He also did an excellent job at efficiently going over all our additional service options and was very cognizant of what we wanted and what we could afford. The whole team felt very family oriented and the interactions felt like a collaboration vs a win lose mentality. We also got to speak with Gavin another sales associate who made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed.
