Village Motors

so about 6 months ago we went to village motors to buy a used car. and after sorting out our fiances we realized it wasn't a good time. so fast forward 6 months later we decided we would just go for it and used car. and after sorting out our fiances we realized it wasn't a good time. so fast forward 6 months later we decided we would just go for it and found a cheap insurance company and bought a dodge caliber. they let us drive off the lot with the car after it was "inspected". when we got home we realized the car drove like a speed boat (bouncing up and down over bumps) one of the head lights did not work and going over 40 mph and then hitting the breaks the entire passenger side would shake vigorously. so we called and they put new ball joints on the car and changed the light and after 30 days the check engine light came on! we did not buy the warranty for the car and our 30 days were up! so we went and got the car checked out by them and found out that the engine was misfiring! and all they told us was to use better gas! so the light went away for about 3 days and came right back on and you could not drive the car without it shaking like crazy even going 10 mph! so finally we got the car in there shop a week later and they could not offer us a loaner so my boyfriend had to call friends for rides to and from work. and when he called village to check on the car they informed him that the problem was not something they could fix so they sent his car out to someone else! yet they never called us to let us know! and finally after telling them we needed our car to get to work they picked up my boyfriend with a loaner and went back to the dealer to settle insurance issues and he ended up sitting there for 3 hours! all because they realized he needed his licenses plates to drive the loaner! this place has poor customer service there cars are crap! and when ur walking up to the office they all stand there watching you and talking like u cant see them! i will never do business with them again... as for right now we are stuck with the loan and everything, but i would never recommend this place to ANYONE! OH and....there are no prices on the cars when ur looking around the dealer will have a paper with all the prices..which i find extremely sketchy! More

We were promised that they will call us regarding our car loan but they never did after signing up all the forms for them.. We called Jason several times but never return our call.
